Who we are

In June 2024, Rose was working at a Pilates studio in London called Pi, when Leila walked in to demonstrate her teaching as part of a job interview. Rose volunteered as her body, and the two personable and even-keeled personalities got along quite well.

Once Leila officially joined the team at Pi, the two gradually connected - sharing studio time, and cultivating a growing sense of creative alignment. The two women first built Honeycomb Studios, with the goal of connecting classical Pilates teachers around the world and sharing their stories.

HEX evolved from a style of fitness of which Rose and Leila were both dreaming. Leila came up with the name as a nod to Honeycomb, and Rose instantly loved it. HEX offers live and on-demand classes featuring classical Pilates and high intensity interval training, as well as select private appointments. What was once a distant idea has shaped into a real possibility, with both women knowing that they want to build their own fitness empire.
